Context & Challenge
The public lighting modernization project aims to replace traditional lamps with energy-efficient LED luminaires, bringing environmental, economic, and energy-related benefits. The project is divided into two stages: lighting replacement and maintenance of the modernized infrastructure throughout the warranty period.
Scope & Solution
Stage I – Lighting replacement: preparation of the modernization design, selection of appropriate LED luminaires, analysis of energy savings, delivery of lighting monitoring software, and replacement of lamps with LED luminaires. Stage II – Maintenance and servicing: ongoing monitoring of lighting performance, maintenance, repairs, and preparation of as-built documentation, ensuring the durability of the system throughout the warranty period.
Outcome
The project will reduce operating costs, improve lighting quality, deliver environmental and economic benefits, and ensure the long-term efficiency of the lighting infrastructure.
