Context & Challenge
The Town and Municipality of Oleszyce is carrying out an investment aimed at improving the energy efficiency of public lighting and reducing its operating costs. The existing luminaires were outdated and less energy-efficient, which made it necessary to replace them with modern LED luminaires that provide better lighting quality and lower energy consumption.
Scope & Solution
The project includes the dismantling of existing lighting luminaires and the installation of 637 new LED luminaires on existing support structures. The investment also includes accompanying works, such as installing power supply cables, protections and elements necessary for the proper operation of the system. The project is being carried out under the “Polski Ład” programme.
Outcome
The result of the investment will be a modern and more energy-efficient public lighting system in Oleszyce. The modernization will improve visibility and safety for residents after dark, while reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs for the lighting infrastructure.
