Context & Challenge

The street lighting modernization project in Gmina Dołhobyczów was implemented to improve energy efficiency and modernize the existing lighting infrastructure. The investment aimed to reduce operating costs, enhance lighting quality, and increase the capability for monitoring and managing the lighting network.

Scope & Solution

The project included the delivery and installation of 387 new LED street luminaires of varying power, replacement of supply cables, and installation of safety boxes on concrete poles. The works also involved measurements of the electrical installation, modernization of control cabinets, implementation of programmable astronomical clocks, and reactive power compensation. The project further included dedicated geolocation software for monitoring the lighting infrastructure and preparation of as-built documentation along with compliance reports in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Outcome

The investment increased the energy efficiency of the street lighting system and improved the quality and reliability of infrastructure in Gmina Dołhobyczów. The use of modern technologies also enabled more effective monitoring and management of the lighting network.
