Context & Challenge
The modernization of street lighting in Radlin was a response to the need for increased energy efficiency and improved street lighting quality. The project was implemented as part of the Polish Deal program to meet specific technical and formal standards. The key challenge was to carry out the modernization of the existing infrastructure while ensuring continuous lighting in the city.
Scope & Solution
The project involved replacing 532 non-efficient street lighting fixtures with modern LED fixtures of varying power. The scope of work included the removal of existing lamps, installation of new fixtures, performing required electrical measurements, and preparing subsequent documentation. Additionally, the use of recycled equipment was planned. The investment was implemented on internal, municipal, and county roads, ensuring continuous lighting operation.
Outcome
The outcome of the investment is a modern, energy-efficient street lighting system that provides better visibility and increased safety for road users. The replacement of fixtures contributed to reducing operating costs, saving energy, and simplifying infrastructure maintenance. The project aligns with the goals of the "Polski Ład" program, supporting the development of modern and energy-efficient urban spaces.
