Context & Challenge
The investment aimed at modernizing the street lighting in the Gmina Nowy Żmigród area as part of the "Rozświetlamy Polskę" program. The key challenge was to replace existing fixtures with modern LED solutions while simultaneously meeting technical requirements and the standards set by the distribution system operator.
Scope & Solution
The work included the replacement of existing street lighting fixtures with energy-efficient LED fixtures, including supply, installation, and the use of zoned elements. As part of the project, design agreements were made with the network operator, new fixture installations were carried out, and necessary electrical and lighting measurements were made. The applied solutions ensured remote control capabilities and met quality and certification requirements.
Outcome
The outcome of the investment was the modernization of the street lighting system, significantly improving its energy efficiency. The modernization also contributed to reducing energy consumption, enhancing lighting parameters, and increasing the safety of public space users.
